We are going to explore the current trends in Modern Workplace technology in engaging and collaborating with people, getting to know how to become "Connected Manager" through KM, and reviewing some steps in how Knowledge Management leaders can drive an innovative organisation. In the end, we have 30 mins Q&A to answer your questions.

Topic A: Modern Workplace - 15 min
An overview of the 6 Key Trends in the Modern Workplace and a dive into the role of AI and Bots in engaging and collaborating with people trends the UNSW case study.

The glue to hold these diverse priorities is knowledge management; how to capture and share relevant knowledge to everyone every day when needed. This presentation will outline practical tools and tips to become a successful ‘connected manager’

Anthony Ferrier -
Anthony is a well-regarded executive, advisor and thought leader on corporate innovation, with a focus on employee engagement and capability building. He advises companies on how to thrive in an exponential world, by developing appropriate strategic frameworks to enhance cultures that encourage the development of new ideas. Anthony is a widely-read author, speaker and advisor to organizations such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Fidelity Investments, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, ADP and USAA. He previously led The Bank of New York Mellon innovation program and currently is the Advisory Board Chair for Swinburne University’s Center of the New Workforce.
