About the Presentor: ERIC LEE is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) who owns and operates a tax accounting firm in McKinney, Texas (ProLine Tax Advisors). ProLine Tax focuses mostly on providing tax consulting and advisory services to real estate professionals and small business owners.

Eric Lee started his real estate career as a Realtor, and real estate investor, with Keller Williams Realty and Austin Executive Homes in 2006. During his real estate career he focused mostly on working with sellers and investors. In 2009, Eric started Allied Home Solutions which acted as a third-party loss mitigation service to negotiate short sales, subject-to transactions, owner-financing, and wholesaling to investors. In 2012, he left real estate as a full-time career and co-founded a CPA firm with a longtime friend in Austin, Texas.

Since moving his tax advisory practice to McKinney in 2014 he has focused mainly on asset protection strategies and entity formation consulting for small businesses and real estate professionals.
