Hello everyone, this email is to update you on the NWA Singles group. As of November 21, 2024, I will be “stepping down” as the organizer. This is what will transpire.
The NWA Singles group will be merging with the 50 + Activities & Friends Meetup – NWA (Benton C0) This is Eric & Ryans group. One of the main reasons is that most of the NWA Singles group members are also a member of this group and I wanted to change our group from just singles to married & singles.
What you need to know:
If you are not already a member of the 50 + Activities & Friends Meetup – NWA (Benton C0), go online to meetup.com today and join this group.
Eric, Ryan and I will be the main organizers for this renamed group.
I will be focusing on planning events in Washington Co. and Eric & Ryan will focus on planning events in Benton Co.
When I inform meetup.com on November 21, 2024, that I am stepping down, they will send messages to people asking if they wish to take over the NWA Singles group as the organizer. If anyone wants to do so you are welcome to do so. Please note that Meetup.com has increased their fee to be an organizer of a group to $189 every six months.
Will we still have just events for Singles? YES We will also have events just for couples and or course the entire group.

As of November 21, 2024, the NWA Singles group, I will not be planning events.
If you have signed up for the Group Cruise in April 2025 under the NWA Singles, you will need to sign up under the merged group. Again, I encourage you to go online today and sign up under the 50 + Activities & Friends Meetup – NWA (Benton C0)
