Briefly introduce yourself - What do you do, and what do you hope to get out of the NYETM?

Senior vice president of corporate strategy for CA Technologies, responsible for the development and execution of long-term organic and acquisition-related strategic objectives. Previously, was a vice president at IBM, leading the strategy and the mergers & acquisitions organizations for software divisions with billions of dollars in annual revenue, responsible for buy side M&A strategy, sourcing deal flow, negotiating terms and value with owners, executing due diligence, and closing transactions. Also led IBM's software business in the healthcare, life sciences, government, and education industries, with responsibilities spanning M&A, software development, strategy, sales, marketing/public relations, and new business development. Before joining IBM, worked at Microsoft, Sony, and Goldman Sachs.
