The Village Condominiums and Townhouses exemplify affordable ski in/ski out luxury. These units range from 2 bedroom condominiums with 2 bathrooms being perfect for multiple family vacationing with multiple living areas. All units are beautifully furnished and appointed with Vermont furnishings, decks, equipment lockers and are located on either the Grammy Jay or Raccoon Run trails. All spots are based on double occupancy (shared Queen bed or Sofa bed)

Depart Date: Mar 31st, 2023 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.

Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Outside of Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.

Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea/formerly Fresh 2 Go) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.

Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the big open space facing the entrance of the parking lot.

Return: Depart at 3:30 pm from mountain on Sunday Apr 2nd and expect to arrive at NJ at 10:00 PM, at NYC at 10:30 PM & Queens at 11:00 PM.

Trip Includes: 2 nights accommodation at the Jay Peak slope side condos based on 6 persons sharing a 2 beds room condo unit (sharing a queen bed/sofa bed) ski-in/ski-out. 2 days all mountain lift tickets at Jay Peak. Coach bus or van round trip transportation from NYC area.

Cost: Early Birds: $429 for 2 nights at Village condo sharing a queen bed or own single bed in the room ($399 for 2 nights sharing a sofa-bed) and 2 day lift tickets plus bus/van for first 20 spots or before 9/15 whichever comes first; Afterward, Regular $459 for 2 nights at Village condo sharing a queen bed or own single bed in the room ($429 for 2 nights sharing a sofa-bed) and 2 day lift tickets plus bus/van for last 20 spots. $30 own bed upgrade from shared queen bed; $160 own room upgrade from shared queen bed. Self drive spots are $40 less.

Refund Policy: * Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 28 days in advance; * 50% refund if cancelled 21 days in advance;* No refund for cancellation or no show within 21 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.
