LODGING
We will be staying in a charming farmhouse situated on a big land, 2500 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 9 beds (3 queen/double beds , 6 single beds, 2 sofa beds), 2 couches, 2 baths, a family room and a kitchen. We will max out at 15 people. The house is 20 minutes to Okemo Resort.
Features: Waterfront, patio with cover, outdoor dining area, outdoor furnitures, free WiFi, TVs, kitchen, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, washer, dryer.
Essentials: Hair dryer, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

LIFT TICKETS
* Get Epic Local Pass for $676 (www.epicpass.com), or Epic Day Pass $153 (2 Days, with "32 RESORTS" and "NO HOLIDAYS" options). The pass price will go up few times throughout the summer/fall.

TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: December 1st, 2023 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea/formerly Fresh 2 Go) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) $4 to $5 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the big open space facing the entrance of the parking lot.
Return: Depart from Okemo at 3:30 pm on Sunday December 3 and expect to arrive at NJ at 9:00 pm, midtown NYC around 9:30 pm & Flushing at 10:00 pm

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $299 per person for first 7 spots or before 9/1 whichever comes first. Regular: $339 per person for last 7 spots. $30 per person upgrading from shared queen bed to own single bed.
Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation with a shared queen bed or own single bed with $30 upgrade) at a charming farmhouse. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Lift tickets are not provided with this trip; everyone should get Epic Local Pass or Epic Pass.

REFUND POLICY:
* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 28 days in advance;
* 50% refund if cancelled 21 days in advance;
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 21 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.
