LODGING
We will be staying in a big vacation house located in Warren, 5 bedrooms, 9 beds (1 king bed, 4 queen/full beds , 4 twin beds), 2.5 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and a living room. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 11 minutes to Sugarbush Resort.
Features: Large deck and patio overlooking the river, short walk down the river to the Warren Falls, a long dining table, indoor fireplace, free Wifi, HDTV with Roku, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
Essentials: Hair dryer, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: Dec 8th, 2023 Friday; Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea/formerly Fresh 2 Go) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) $4 to $5 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the big open space facing the garage entrance..
Return: Depart from Sugarbush Ski Resort at 3:30 pm on Sunday and expect to arrive at NJ at 10:00 pm, midtown NYC around 10:30 pm & Flushing at 11:00 pm

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $329 per person for first 7 spots or before 9/1 whichever comes first. Regular: $369 per person for last 7 spots. $30 per person upgrading from shared queen/full bed to own single bed.
Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation (shared queen/full bed or own single bed) at a big vacation house near Sugarbush. Round trip transportation from NYC area, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, tolls, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip.

REFUND POLICY:
* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 28 days in advance;
* 50% refund if cancelled 21 days in advance;
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 21 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.
