RE: [newtech-1] TriggerSmart child proof RFID smart guns

I agree Eddie,

Of course it’s possible to take apart a gun or steal a car or rob a bank with the right tools, no argument there. Point is without the keys of the car it makes it a lot harder and that’s why we have locks on cars and alarms in banks. I am advocating childproof smart guns to reduce accidental discharge causing deaths same as locks and alarms work for cars and banks.  I don’t expect to eliminate the gun violence but we can do a lot to help and should at least try. Newtown could have been prevented with user unique gun technology and by creating a wireless safe zone around the school that disables smart guns.

As far as hacking the trigger you miss the point and its not as easy as you think. You don’t know what your talking about.

No need to be so defensive. Anything made by man can be destroyed/disassembled/reverse-engineered by man. (Just as the Empire.) It's not easy, but neither is it impossible. And that, I think, is the point that Ruijie was trying to make.
