Depends how you're looking to work (strictly Agile?), how many projects/people you need to manage within and if you want the tool to offer anything beyond simple to-do list coordination (in which case stay away from Basecamp and Asana).

Trello is OK. Are you looking for something Kanban-ish?
We looked at Mingle from Thoughtworks, but elected to go with Jira and the Atlassian suite.
Pivotal Tracker was on the list but the interface wasn't up our alley.
