Re: [newtech-1] Market hourly wage for .NET Dev

If I were to put a price on the various ranges:

Junior Developer - $50 - $65/hr
Mid Level Developer: $70 to $95/hr
Senior Developer: $95 to $115/hr
Architect: $115 - the skys the limit (hard to cap it off.)

Note these prices vary based heavily on industry. Institutional knowledge can increase these rates greatly.

I would say $100 - $300 for .net related work.  .net is much more expensive then PHP I find.

Rates are really widespread depending on the level of skill required from $15/hr oversees to $150/hr for someone with deep experience.

All,

Working to drive a project over the finish line and am likely looking to bring on a .NET freelancer (C# and ASP.net).  What is the general sense for the market-rate here?  Also, if you know of anyone who may be interested in part-time freelance work, please let me know off list.

Thanks!
Mike
