Re: [newtech-1] IPAD MINI

Hi Michael,

I work in marketing at Tekserve. We get asked the question about iPad mini vs. regular iPad all the time. Feel free to visit one of our iPad specialists at our store on 6th Ave. & 23rd Street or give us a call at[masked]-3645.

Personally I own the larger iPad with the retina display and I'm hooked on the cleaner, more crisp resolution. Nonetheless, when I'm using the iPad to read an eBook, my hand gets tired holding up the heavier iPad and I'm pretty jealous of the people on the subway who can easily hold up the iPad mini.

Hope that helps.

They different tools for different situations. I've owned both and use my mini far more than my regular-sized ipad. Without knowing what you plan on using it for(desktop replacement, streaming movies, ebooks etc.) it's hard to say which size is right for you and which data plan is best.

However, I can tell you that if you travel with it, the cellular is a must-have at this point. I use my mini with the cell all the time - having the cell means you don't have to head to place with wifi (like Starbucks or some other retail place) when you have an important message to send out.

Hola Amigos.

I am planning to buy IPAD MINI.
  • Is it worth to buy or IPAD3 is better?
  • Retina Display?
  • 16gb/32gb/64gb?
  • with or without cellular?
  • How many bytes does an app consumes monthly. Which data plan is useful?

Thanks & Regards
 Anks
