Greetings,

I am a partner in a startup, the goal of which is to teach people to read and write who aren't able to do either.  We are starting with the German language and are testing with recent immigrants to Germany.  I (CTO) am in the U.S. and my partner (CEO) is in Germany, and we need to incorporate (probably as a nonprofit) in order to raise funding.  Does anyone have experience with an attorney who does this kind of thing? Greetings NY Tech Community,

 

I would like to announce the launch of my startup, SiBBiL, named after ancient Greek oracles who saw into the future. It is a news forecasting game which allows you to predict major events and daily stories - politics, the Oscars, the latest iPhone launch, football games and everything else. Kind of like Fantasy Sports, but for everything!

To start, we have have a bunch of election related questions - not just the Hillary/Trump mess that's been overdone, but interesting referendums around the country, congressional races, and others. 

 

Our first month of prizes will include an Apple Watch, years worth of Netflix, gift certificates and swag for the top 50 most accurate players. We also give you the ability to create custom leagues that you can invite your friends to play against you.
