Hi Aaron,
I Understand from where you are coming from ,
but I totally agree with Klaus , those people who you
want to attract wont sign a NDA
and it will be very helpful if you are more specific about industry etc... ,
a expert in that specific area could get interested
and don't worry , the people on here are just very busy ,and no one will steal your idea,
they can't even catch up on their own ideas :)
I did put together a great awesome team of advisors in a year time hustling at events ,
and no one signed a NDA
, and Linkedin was very helpful too ,
Good Luck Aaron !!

Aaron,
Let's see if I understand: You have neither chicken nor eggs, but an idea that you are trying to get funded. You are looking for people to lend their names to boost your credibility and you expect them to sign an NDA in exchange for their advice to you.
Great if you can pull it off ;-)

I am launching a unique
and disruptive start-up. Yes, it’s a new start-up but it’s a big idea.
It sparked the interest
of an investment banking group that will possibly fund my start-up, at least to
some extend but they want a good team on board….and hiring a good team takes
money.. So I am having a Chicken-and-egg problem.
It’s too early to discuss about any more
structured roles or the equity pool
So I am trying to put together a good advisory board of a few executives with a
solid track record of past tech startup successes. This will allow me the move
forward and go for funding, I will then be in a position to begin looking for a
more structured team
I know it’s a tough one
but I am still trying!
Is this you? We can talk
on the phone or meet for a few minutes. (Launch is on me)
I can share details once
you sign NDA or we can just touch on the topic and see if you have any interest
I appreciate any feedback or leads
Aaron
