Help maintaining and improving small rails app

From: Herby R.

Hi fellow rubyist/rails devs

I have small rails app that I put together for a non-profit that I help run. It's super simple but could use some TLC in the form of more tests,  a better UI/UX (it's pretty crappy) and reporting capability and general code maintenance and refactoring.

Between my day job and various other projects I can't seem to every get more than 30 minutes at a time to work on it. The code is stable and functioning but the app looks and feels fragmented and unpolished.

This would be great for a junior developers looking to level up their dev skills.
