PODFEST is hosting meetups across the country, New York CITY is the next stop, at the NYC Podcasters 2nd Annual Mini-Con!

Join us for an afternoon of authentic networking, talkin' shop and fun. So if you have a podcast, or are thinking about a podcast, this is the meetup for you! ALL are welcome.

We'll also presenting a new concept in the form of connecting with NYC Podcasters 2nd Annual Mini-Con. We'll mingle —AND— attend short talks about all things podcasting and Podfest 2023!

You'll be able to meet industry heavy-hitters such as Chris Krimitsos of Podfest, Corey Gumbs of Black Podcasters Assocation, Talib Jasir of Afros & Audios, Richard Butler of Rage Works, Lee Uehara of NYC Podcasters and along with Andy Wang of the Asian American Podcasters Association —and other amazing podcasters, such as yourself!

1:30 p.m. — Opening Remarks
1:35 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. — Line-up of sessions.
3:00 p.m. to 3:10 p.m. — Closing remarks.
3:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Networking reception at second location.
Cost: $15. All sales are final, and there are no refunds.
Includes: Light appetizers while supplies last.
Transportation: Closest stations are 50th Street Station on the 1, A, C, E trains or 47-50th Rockefeller Station on the E, B, D,F, M lines. It's a short walk from 42nd Street/Times Square train stations, Port Authority, Penn/Moynihan Station.

Podfest Expo is a community of people who are interested in and passionate about sharing their voice and message with the world through the powerful mediums of audio and video. We’re proud to unite as many people as possible to learn, get inspired, and grow better together. Podfest also has a twice-weekly industry newsletter, Podfest Messenger, which also highlights the latest activity in the Podfest Community. It’s designed with community in mind – to foster a space where people can share their voices and messages with the world.

NYC Podcasters is an indie collective — all are welcome — of independent (so far) showrunners based in New York City. If you have a podcast and live in the New York City-metro area, then come on in! Please note that we are MOST interested in folks who want authentic connection and will contribute to the group as well. Black Podcasters Association's mission is to unite Black podcast creatives and professionals committed to redefining the podcast landscape and establish a foundation that fully supports our creative voices, respects our brands, and aligns with our core values, as we share engaging content with the world.

Afros & Audio is a community by and for Black Podcast Creatives and Audio Professionals to collaborate, innovate, and change the game of podcasting. Their annual conference will be held in Philadelphia on October 22-23, 2022. Click HERE for tickets.

Asian American Podcasters Association (AAP) is the home of the Golden Crane Podcast Awards and welcomes all who identify as AAPI* creatives, producers, hosts and editors who are at different stages of podcasting. (*Asian American Pacific Islander.) Our members represent all levels of podcasting: from aspiring show-runners who are planning to launch to those with many years of experience at critically-acclaimed shows. Based in New York City, members are AAPIers from all over the world.
