"Buying Real Estate" for Foreigners

NYC vs Suburbs?

SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO? Many young families ask themselves that question when they consider buying a home or when the kids are entering the school system.

Though the New York real estate market seems to be intimidating - and intimidatingly priced -, its basic rules are pretty easy to follow.

Join us for an informative evening session with insights from brokers working the NYC and Westchester market on how and where to get the best deal, what paperwork to prepare, and finally understand the difference between co-op, condo. A banker will explain different mortgage rate plans available for the international buyer and regulations to keep in mind when planning to buy.

This seminar is specifically suited to first-time and international buyers and those who are on the fence between Manhattan and suburb living!

Drinks and light German-style refreshments will be served!
