What's your idea to improve NYC government's digital roadmap?

Increasing voter apathy, declining voter turnout, and a lack of trust in government have all been trending negatively in the U.S. since 1958. A 2012 Gallop survey finds 60% of Americans have little trust that the mass media report the news accurately and fairly. The voteAir app will be a connection engine that will provide news and article recommendations matched to a voter's stated interests. voteAir will utilize voters own preferences and data analysis to produce a scorecard of current elections, issues and elected officials. This data will better inform voters about the election process and for whom and why they are voting. NYC and CA can lead the way in civic startups bridging technologies with government.

voteAir "powered by voters" Is educating and empowering voters to become better informed.
