Catskills Terrance Mtn camping + Wittenburg Day Hike

Woodland Valley Campground

Open to all levels backpacking. This is a catskills mountain overnight trip up the Wittenberg trail from woodland valley to the Terrance Mtn lean-to area. Ive Done this trip many times There is a very large spot for tents, hammocks, and tarps near the Terrance mountain lean-to. The hike up the trail to Terrance Mountain is mostly a short 3 miles uphill trail walk. After setting up camp there is an optional day hike up to Wittenberg peak for some of the best unobstructed views mostly east. Lunch and Dinner Sat at camp and after breakfast Sunday hike back down to cars or we can breakfast in the town of Phoenicia This trip can be done by any level hiker or backpacker. You may bring a pet but please keep on leash. Weather should be upper 70s and evenings mid to low 50s. There’s always a low chance of rain. Perfect time of year to enjoy the outdoors

Free volleyball open play at Prospect Park. Ideally for beginner to intermediate player who is comfortable with bump/set/spike. We will have two nets when more people showed up. Bring plenty of water for yourself. Come out to have fun and bring home the following: 1) Improve Cardiovascular Health. ... 2) Improve Muscular System. ... 3) Weight Loss. ... 4) Improves Hand-Eye Coordination. ... 5) Develop Balance, Speed, Flexibility, and Stamina. ... 6) Improves Interpersonal Skills. ... 7) Reduces Stress and Anxiety. ... 8) Develop Self Esteem.
