Howdy!
The typical schedule goes something like this: We start by 3:35 and have about 40 minutes for the lecture followed by about 20 min for Q&A.  After that (if the weather cooperates) we go up to the roof for another hour of hands on work and discussion.  We wrap things up by about 5:30, but I usually stay 'till six or so talking to people. :-)  If you have to come late or leave early it's no problem.
