Are you PHP enough to BYOF? (Build Your Own Frameworks) Come work at MOAT!

In short, we are looking for hardcore PHP engineers who may have used frameworks in the past AS A TOOL NOT A CRUTCH but can very well build out their own dynamic frameworks (and usually do) by nature of the complexity of the product they are building...Below is more info on who we are and how you might fit in. Salary/benefits/perks all competitive as we are holding our engineering bar very high. Feel free to reach out to me,

Moat is a New York based SaaS company focused on building products for brand advertisers and premium publishers. The company was founded by Jonah Goodhart, Noah Goodhart, and Michael Walrath. The serial entrepreneurs had previously partnered together to launch Right Media, which was acquired by Yahoo! in 2007. More information can be found at
We have cutting-edge methods of measuring the effectiveness of online advertisements, computational methods for analyzing the resulting data, and a platform for accessing business insights from the data. We are building this product because we believe in helping publishers measure the value that online ad impressions create for their advertisers.

We have an ad search engine that focuses entirely on ads instead of other kinds of online content. Similar to traditional search engines, its results are compiled using a web crawler that is specifically tuned to look for ads on the web and index them for later retrieval.

2013 is going to be a big year for us as we are already working with brands and publishers such as Forbes, AOL, Glam, Yahoo and Business Insider.
