This job posting has created quite a stir... I found it very inappropriate and poorly written. And if you went to this company's website, their editing and coding need serious help, too...
Anyway, I just did a bit of a background check on this company (as I assume many of you have), and found that it is owned by this man. Send him an email about your concerns (he actually organizes this Meetup group).
