Early 80s, living in New York. The team was just rebuilding under Ray Perkins and then Bill Parcells. I went to my first game with my father, a 3-3 tie against the Browns that might've been the coldest I've ever been and loved every minute of it.
Osi Umenyiora. Coming up under Strahan's wing, he's a force to be reckoned with. Like a fine wine, he's only getting better with age, and that's scary.
Lawrence Taylor. As a kid, he was Superman, larger than life, everywhere at once, invincible, unstoppable, feared by opponents. When we won our first Super Bowl, it was the Giants D that led the way, and Taylor led the Defense.
I'm a die-hard Giants fan for over 20 years and can never seem to find other New Yorkers to watch the games with. Tired of jealously watching other teams fans gather while I watch Giants games alone. Go Blue!
