Introduction to NixOS

Note:
WE ARE MEETING AT CIVIC HALL!! We'll need names, and you will need IDs. RSVP will open Wednesday Nov 2nd, 2016, 4:30pm.

Introduction to NixOps - NixOS

This talk is an introduction to NixOS, a Linux distribution that leverages a purely functional package manager called Nix. We'll take a look at how NixOS packaging and configuration management works, and see how its unique design sets it apart in terms of reliability.

There will be plenty of time for questions!
