NY Video Feb 2013 Meetup

Hi Everyone,

Last month's meet up was a giant success and we're very excited to see everyone again next week at Columbia University once again. We have some exciting presenters so we hope you all can make it. Please see full list of presenters below:

CEO, Justin Park, and CTO, Jim Hohl, will demo Vidaao, an online marketplace for custom video production and animation services. They will be demoing the easiest and most cost-effective way to shop for your next video project!

EMG Live Fitness

Owner and Founder, Joyce E. Wells, who left Microsoft two years ago to start EMG Live Fitness, will demo this technological breakthrough for the fitness industry. The evolution of Live Streaming has made it possible for EMG to give the former DVD exerciser access to a wide variety of daily live and on demand classes. Classes being held in New York City and Los Angeles, and Amsterdam are streamed from various locations.

CEO and Co-Founder, Oz Etzioni, will demo Clinch, an app where you can mix your videos and photos with others around you to automatically create a new kind of movie.

DeVon Harris, CEO, will be demonstrating the company's interactive video platform. Ochre's technology allows viewers to choose the action taking place in videos as they watch - seamlessly and in real time - making content more relevant and fun. Content makers benefit from higher viewer engagement: greater retention time, product recall and purchase intent. Creators then have access to analytics regarding which viewers are choosing which content and concretely quantifying engagement.

Sorry missing again. There are 8 coinciding events so I have to go with current company priorities. Next time!
