What we’re about

This is a group for anyone interested in mind body wellness for bringing in more balance in their body and mind. We have classes or events including a combination of gentle/restorative yoga, reiki energy healing, meditation, breathing, tai chi, qi gong, kung fu, etc. We will also include book clubs for spiritual development, nature walks, etc.

All skill levels are welcome including seniors. I started this group to meet others who are open and like-minded and interested in self development and spiritual growth. Looking forward to share and introduce with everybody on these different mind body wellness modalities.
