Want to do a Halloween Dive 'n' Dash?

We're researching potential "Dive 'n' Dash" destinations -- short trips (3-4 nights) to add to our travel slate. The first one we're looking at is Grand Cayman for Halloween weekend. That timeframe isn't far off, so we'd like to gauge interest. How likely would you be to sign up for this trip?

What's the best kind of diving?

So many to choose from. But there can be only one.

Would you be interested in a long-weekend type dive trip between now and the end of the year?

As our first foray into planning a dive trip, I'm looking at something between now and the end of the year. I'm also looking into several things for next year, but I want to gauge the interest in doing a long weekend in say, the Bahamas, potentially in mid-November. This will be a "Dive and Dash" type vacation. 4 days: fly, dive for 3 days and leave the fourth day. So, as an example, fly in on a Thursday morning, two dives that day, 2-3 on Friday, 2 on Saturday and fly out on Sunday. If we get enough people together, we can probably get a pretty good deal. Email me with questions if you have them, michael@nycdivers.com.

What time should our Happy Hour events begin?

We started our July meeting at 8:00pm. Would it be better for everyone to start it at an earlier time, at say 7:00pm or even 6:00pm so we can come straight from work? Vote and let me know.
