- A short reflective prompt or intention setting
- Gentle closing to carry mindfulness into your week
Whether you're new to meditation or returning to your practice, this class will support you in showing up with more clarity and ease.
What to bring:
- A quiet space
- Headphones (optional)
- A blanket or cushion for comfort
- Journal (optional for reflection)
