Our Queer Histories of Struggle

As part of our Building A Queer Youth Movement series, we hope you will join us for this exciting workshop:

Our Queer Histories of Struggle with Rafa Solorzano

Together we will connect the struggles in our communities today to past legacies of struggle and resistance. How can we draw from the history of social justice movements to inform our current challenges and build our collective power.

Youth Empowered to Act (YETA) invites Orange County Youth, age 14 - 24, to create a better tomorrow as we build a powerful youth movement in Orange County. You are invited to join YETA for a series of workshops where we will discuss the need to build power within our communities, specifically youth power. These trainings will be conducted by community organizer Rafael Solorzano together with youth leaders from YETA. The trainings will help identify and engage YETA youth leaders and build a Queer Youth Movement in Orange County.

Meetings are at 5:30 every Monday. Join us!
