Mindfulness Practice Center (IBEC) is a non-profit founded in 2009 in order to provide Buddhist ways for dealing with life's dilemmas ( Stress, sleep problems, and daily hardships ). It focuses mainly on providing various meditation and yoga classes to ages ( 12 - 50 ). Instructors are from diverse cultural backgrounds and are passionate about assisting people improve their breathing resulting in a better lifestyle. After every class members may speak one on one with instructors to further their knowledge and practice. Classes are provided on group and individual basis. The center's main goal is to help everyone approach life in a different perspective.
