Join this timely conversation about ag-gag laws and how they attempt to end undercover investigations. Our panel will include Taylor Radig, who was charged under Colorado's ag-gag for her participation in an undercover investigation. Taylor was charged with not reporting animal abuse in a timely manner, and while the charge was later dropped, the release of her name and photo has essentially ended her career as an undercover investigator. Joining Taylor on the panel will be Lisa Winebarger, Taylor's attorney in her case and legal counsel for Compassion Over Killing, and Vanhana Bala, legal counsel for Mercy for Animals. Moderating the panel will be attorney Dave Simon, the author of the new book Meatonomics which exposes the legal and economic forces at work in the meat and dairy industries.
This conversation will provide valuable insight into a topic that is one of the most important issues in animal rights today.
