This time our speaker is April Grieb with Spearhead Realty.

April is a wife, mother, homeschool teacher, real estate investor, and realtor. She has been managing and running the bookkeeping for up to 25 rentals, flips, or vacation properties for almost 20 years. She and her husband also do private lending for other investors. As an airline pilot's wife living away from family and a mom to four girls, structure and organization in the form of systems has been vital to her success. She enjoys reading, yoga, and traveling as well as any moment she can catch alone. She hopes you can gain an idea of how to structure your business or a household tip that helps you feel more organized.
