The Casual Pint has one of the most varied and eclectic beer lists in Omaha. This is an opportunity to get together and talk about future meetup ideas and catch up with friends over a pint or share a flight.
This is the fifth in the Deepedish House Concert series. CENTER STATE is coming in from St. Louis to play a concert of their own beautifully harmonized and orchestrated Americana music. They specialize in songs that let their lyrics shine, but have been known to have people up and dancing as well. (The invitation will include a link so you can preview their music prior to signing up.)
If you've never been to a house concert, you're missing out. There's nothing like being up close, comfortable and having a chance to interact with the artists. It's a new way to hear live music.
All RSVP's must be made on-line. Send an e-mail to [masked] and I'll forward the invitation. Once you've RSVP'd, you'll have address, etc.

The Blue Barn Theatre's Walk The Night returns for its fifth season. Adapted from Shakespeare's The Tempest: Prospero escaped an attempt on his life--by his own family. To survive, he and his child took refuge in an abandoned estate in the woods north of the city, letting the rest of the world think they were dead. In the years since, Prospero discovered an ancient tomb that seems to have granted arcane abilities. Now, by a twist of fate, Prospero’s usurpers have found their way into his trap. What his revenge will be, and how he obtains it will be an answer you yourself must answer.
Order tickets on-line at http://bluebarn.org/
This immersive theater experience takes place outside as well as inside, the heat is not on in the building so dress appropriately for the season. a very fun way to enjoy live theater. You don't need to be a fan of Shakespeare to enjoy the show!
Apollo’s sacred oracle at Delphi serve as a medium for the prophetic oracles of the god Apollo. So great was the influence of the woman’s words that scarcely a colony was founded or a war undertaken in Greece for over a millennium without the sanction of the Delphic Oracle.
I am checking but I believe the admission is free.
