What got you interested in DIYbio?

DIYbio will truly enable faster innovation in biotech, creating small and innovative groups that will bring new cures and improvements to all aspects of our lives.

What projects and interests would you like to pursue here?

Create a hackerspace and incubator for small enterprises and hobbyists, just as my colleagues in the Bay Area are doing (see Biocurious.org) As well, get the venture capital sector involved.

Introduction

I started this group to organize the local DIYBio community in Vancouver, to create synergies with other communities, i.e. entrepreneurs, biologists and hobbyists. Let's start the adventure and create new industries!

What Michael Y. is saying about this Meetup Group
