Mr. Lee, I am at a loss as I do not know how to access the meeting. Obviously I have not set up something correctly.

Could I inquire before hand, as to what Fail Fast might refer to, or maybe it would be just as helpful for me to wait till the meeting and get the full version. I'm looking forward to participating in your community.

Wow, what a mercurial approach to new idea's. Doesn't one find it difficult to abandon an idea or product that one has invested so much heart an effort into? If so, was the premise sound to start with?

That's the key: figuring out if the premise is sound as soon as possible (before much time is wasted on a non-sound idea). And yes, it's incredibly difficult to abandon an idea once you've poured so much effort into it--a crucial skill is being able to weight emotional investment in an idea vs. sound business judgement!
