This is our last event of the year!
Let's take this opportunity to sketch out the future of working on civic, community, and government technology in Seattle.
Instead of our usual talks night, this event is a workshop where we'll explore the roles of civic tech, gov tech, and community tech in Seattle after the election.
We'll also discuss plans for Open Seattle in 2017. If you're new to Open Seattle your ideas about future plans are especially welcome.
We'll use story mapping and a few other design exercises to explore these topics in small groups, and report back throughout the night to learn what each group discussed.
If you're interested in becoming a volunteer lead organizer of Open Seattle (http://openseattle.org/2016/11/06/become-an-open-seattle-lead-organizer), this will be a great event to attend to learn more and get involved before applications close.
