Can you edit PDFs?  Well, sort of.  This graphical tool lets you twiddle
the bits... but not like a word processor...exactly.­

You have access to the object's properties in a tree format with
graphical preview.  Will I load it?  Probably not until I can't live
without it. :)

But it didn't seem to have a good place on the website.  Next meeting we
should talk about a possible re-org of the home page.
