Gdocs now works with Gdrive for offline documents. Edit it offline, and then when the device gets a network connection again, it'll sync. I use Dropbox like that already. Not sure if that does what you want or not?

hmmm looks like google docs offline no longer supports editing offline b/c they dropped google gears. but what does sync mean then? just a 1 way sync always from google servers to your sometimes offline client?
& this means i cant do forms offline & have it sync w/ a google docs spreadsheet when i get back online, right?
but at least nice to know google docs is an alternative to wufoo.
