Central Market Update: as a Secondary Location?

Well they have cooking class(es) on the weekends, including the time we meet, in the rooms we want. Now maybe they are not using both rooms, but I have yet to confirm. And the request has to be two weeks before the event.

The time they want to fill is Mon-Thu evenings. Depending on who you ask it is either free or an undisclosed charge. They seem very busy, so busy in fact that nobody there made the connection between Sat morning and their classes - posted in a PDF on their website.

So it isn't OUT, but it doesn't look IN.

As far as Dallas goes, there is Central Market at Lovers/75 with the meeting rooms as well. But same time restrictions apply.

WiFi? A big plus. Almost everything presentation references the project's website, or the wiki, or live examples. Cell service based WiFi may be slower but it is better than nothing for sure!

More as it becomes available,
John Fields
