July Meetup

A lot of work to get done this time.

First thing this meetup will be a quick update on Sierra Club v Orange County and what that could mean for open data initiatives here. We will also have some time for group members to give updates on anything they are working on currently.

The rest of the meetup will be run in an unconference style. The goal will be to have several breakouts on strategic areas and develop a set of projects to work on.

Then we will come back together, present and discuss the projects, and come up with ways to get the different projects off the ground and running in August.

This may be the last strategic meetup until September, with a focus being on hack nights and project work from here on out. The August meetup would just be an update/Q&A/Help request session for the projects.
