This event is going to be very different from the last two expo’s!

It is a one-day retreat taking place in a beautiful park in San Francisco, in a private picnic area with breathtaking views. There is even going to be FREE parking, pretty hard to imagine in SF right?

The event will consist of fitness classes, food demo’s, and talks, and will even include breakfast, lunch, and snacks!

The event is limited to 30 participants. This will ensure that everyone gets personalized attention.

The event will be all outside, so please dress accordingly by wearing layers, bringing a water bottle, wearing a hat and sunscreen, and bringing a yoga mat if you have one (optional but recommended).

What you will learn:

-Types of stretching to do before and after a workout
-How to properly warm-up and cool down
-Effective total body functional movements you can do anywhere
-How to use a foam roller for self-myofascial release (SMR)
-Whole Foods for Fitness
-Eating for energy (how to boost your energy with food, avoiding the afternoon slump, improve your athletic performance)
-Healthy snack, breakfast, and lunch ideas
-How to transition into a healthier diet
-Tips and tools on how to lose weight the safe way


-Outdoor Circuit Training class
-Hike/jog around Lands End
-Food demonstrations (and sampling)
-Meet and greet with other attendees
-Vendors (health and fitness professionals will be on-site to answer your questions and give you tips)
-20 minute Nutrition / Fitness Consultations with Sebastian for $20 (please book in advance)
-Breakfast, lunch, and snacks included with ticket purchase
