***This month Project Codex is teaming up with the Orlando Python User Group to offer a series of intro workshops on Python. 😎

In this workshop, Michael duPont of the Orlando Python User Group is going to cover the basics of Python: syntax, data structures, working with package managers, setting up your environment, and building CLI apps.

Michael is leading a series of workshops at StarterStudio that will teach you python basics through parsing/cleaning a data-set and serving those results with a web API.

Other Events in this series:
8/13/19 - Intro talk on Python use cases and its ecosystem

8/25/19 - Workshop 2: Loading and cleaning data sets with pandas, converting them to a database with SQLAlchemy and SQLite.

9/1/19 - Workshop 3: Building a Flask web server that can serve the processed data to end-users.

About the instructor: Michael duPont is a developer for Disney's Emerging Technology R&D dept. Michael has almost 9 years of experience working with Python.

About our Sponsors: Big thanks to Orlando Developers, StarterStudio, and PowerDMS for helping to make this series happen.
