This is a short taster of a longer (seven-day, two-hour a day) process called Osho Born again Meditative Therapy.
Not to make it confusing, I will firstly write the description of this day (the taster) and I will finish this post with the description of the whole seven days process.

1. Osho Born Again Taster, Nov 21st 7-9pm at Healing Den, 831 Glencairn Ave, Toronto.

We will start this day with different interactive games, to bring the spirit of playfulness, and childlike energy. We will play, dance, interact with each other.
Then we will move into the taster itself, which is a 40 min process, that consists of two parts of equal length. In the first part participants are doing everything they ever wanted to do as a child. Anything at all. Then in the second part of the taster, one sits silently.

How playing like a child and doing things we wanted to do as a kid would help us in the meditation?

Tapping into childlike state, where we experience our authenticity, simplicity, playfulness.. Where we are more total and less doubting in everything we do.. A place where we are more real and involved in everything we do, experiencing things moment to moment creates a beautiful and healthy ground where one's meditation can go very deep. This preparation helps us move faster beyond our constantly analyzing and chattering mind, thus helping us to be more present, alert and in the moment while sitting in silence.

The process will be lead by certified Osho Born Again facilitators, who lived and were trained in various Osho communities in Europe and Asia: Bodhi Anatta (Dan Jiang) and Nijen (Levon Cherkezyan).

Price : sliding scale $10 - $20

About the facilitators:
Bodhi Anatta (Dan Jiang)
Anatta has been sharing Osho meditation for the past three, four years. He is a trained facilitator from Osho International Meditation Resort in India and has facilitated and assisted with groups in China, Thailand, Indonesia, and Greece.

OSHO born again is a process that I fell in love immediately. Perhaps it is my tight upbringing in China, that the child in me is seeking very much for the freedom of play. And profoundly it creates such a relaxation in my meditations.

Nijen (Levon Cherkezyan)
NIjen has been practicing active Osho meditations for last 15 years, and is very passionate about Osho's vision of New Humanity and Conscious Living. He facilitates Osho Active meditations in Toronto www.oshonewhumantoronto.com, as well as other meditative processes that include active body movements, interactions with other participants, emotional work, catharsis, and silent sitting.

When I did the Born Again process, one hour silence stage felt like 2-3 min, I couldn't believe that. This makes me excited to share this process with you.

About the 7 day Osho Born Again Meditative Therapy

The whole process will take place:
When 8-14th of November,[masked]pm
Where: Healing Den, 831 Glencairn Ave, Toronto (near Glencairn TTC).
Price: $160 if paid before Dec 1st, and $190 on or before Dec 8th

Description:

This is a one-week process created by Osho to rediscover the beauty of childhood without verbalizing or analyzing our past psychological experiences.

The course includes one hour of allowing yourself to just be a child again, and a second hour of silent sitting together as a group from about 7pm to 9.30pm from Dec 8-14th.

For the first hour of this process, you behave like a child. Just enter your childhood. Whatever you wanted to do, do it – dancing, singing, jumping, crying, weeping – anything at all, in any posture. Nothing is prohibited except touching other people. Don’t touch or harm anyone else in the group.
Then follows the hour of just sitting silently. You will be fresher, more innocent, and meditation will become easier.
