The Art of Dying: Death, the deepest relaxation
This is a very unusual topic for the West but a very necessary one for a true seeker. The last fear stuck in a human body is the fear of death, and it's possible to work on it through meditation during this lifetime. Many Masters have given practices to guide the soul after death but its better to start working on it while we are still in our physical bodies. This afternoon will be dedicated to several techniques on releasing inner blockages and understanding the connection between body and emotions. " How to master the body? The first thing is to learn relaxation. Buddha taught his disciples how to relax. In the East, particularly, in the science of yoga, there is a special posture, SHAVASANA. This is the posture: lie down on the ground as if you are dead. Let the body slowly slowly die. Start from the feet. In fact, communicate with your body; say to the feet, "Die, please die." And then go on upwards....... ......And it is really a great experience, to feel like a corpse, and the ant crawling on your face or a mosquito biting; but you can't do anything, you are simply a watcher. It is a rare experience to go through it. Slowly slowly, you become a master by relaxing your body. The more tense your body is, the more it is a master of you." What we're about

Osho Bodhisattva Meditation Garden is a space for inner transformation. It’s a gathering of friends. It’s an open platform where interested friends can meet to work upon themselves to transform their bio energy using many of the Osho meditation techniques. We invite all sincere seekers wishing to start an inner journey in the company of fellow meditators. Just like many individual trees planted together make a forest and fill the air with oxygen, many individual meditators coming together to grow on their spiritual path, meditating together in a group, change the whole energy of the city. This energy, in turn, enhances the spiritual growth of each individual.

In the East such a place of dense energy field is called a buddha-field. In a buddha-field meditation is not to be forced – it happens spontaneously. In a buddha-field silence is not an absence of outer noise; it is a dynamic inner dance. Joy and celebration then come as a fragrance of the inner silence.

Osho Bodhisattva Meditation Garden is an attempt to create such a buddha-field. It’s an effort to create an atmosphere of loving kindness where meditation is easy and spontaneous.

Osho Bodhisattva Meditation Garden is not just a space for meditation but is also an organic, pesticide-free edible garden for conscious education of the public about edible landscaping with native and pollinator-friendly plants. We grow, cook and share food during day meditation events with our fellow seekers. We are 100% vegan and non-violent, and our garden is a certified Wildlife Habitat. We share our garden with 2 rescued bunnies who help to naturally fertilize the Garden.

Osho Bodhisattva Garden belongs to Osho Bodhisattva Corporation , a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the state of Florida. We sell meditation items like meditation books, robes, posters, Buddha statues, etc. at cost price. All proceeds go towards maintaining the Meditation Garden and hosting future meditation events.
