The Art of Letting Go - 1 Day Osho Meditation Camp

Dear Friends,
The whole journey of meditation is from the head to the heart and from the heart to the hara. We will learn to switch off our constantly active and stressed out Mind to allow our vital energy to flow to our heart, then learn the art of letting go our past emotions which burden us since many many years. The unburdening of heart will then allow the energy to flow to our hara to allow us to enter into a state of meditation, a state of oneness, dynamic silence and bliss.

"The art of let-go is synonymous with experiencing the immaterial, the immeasurable: your authentic being.
There are a few moments when, without being aware, you are in a let-go. For example, when you are really laughing - a belly laughter, not just from the head, but from your belly - you are relaxed without your knowing, you are in a let-go. That's why laughter is so health-giving. There is no other medicine which can help you more in attaining well-being.
