This 1-day-workshop will discuss:
i) how our mental states contribute to and affect our physical and emotional health
ii) how our emotions when ill-managed, manifests itself as dis-ease physically and mentally
iii) basic understanding of Qi and the meridians system & its importance to physical health
iv) basic understanding of the chakras system and how it interacts with the Qi system and physical body
v) meditation for mental, emotional and spiritual health
vi) Qigong & breathing techniques for physical and energetic health
vii) management of chakras
