The best part? We'll be connecting with like-minded people, sharing stories, and healing together in nature.
Hiking to Heal: My Story
During my cancer treatment, I learned the importance of staying active while also listening to my body. This hike is inspired by that experience. It's a chance to move, breathe fresh air, and connect with ourselves and others.

- Stunning Views: Prepare to be amazed by scenery! The views from the top are incredible.
- Community Connection: This is a chance to meet other survivors, share experiences, and build a supportive community.
What to Bring
To make sure you're comfortable and prepared, here's a list of essentials:
- Daypack: to carry your gear.
- Water: stay hydrated!
- Salty Snacks: Replenish those electrolytes.
- Electrolytes: for an extra boost.
