We want healthy positive people to add to our group of fun exercisers. Come for balanced training + fun.... and stay for the smile on your face when it all clicks in to place.

Intense playful training, with team games and challenges to break up the hard reps of bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, boxing and yoga.
