An alfresco celebration of performance and creativity inspired by the Pitt Rivers Museum.
There will be something for all ages throughout the day - workshops, making, challenges and demonstrations, plus Museum tours and refreshments. Need / Make / Use focuses on themes such as design, craft, recycling and problem-solving, and forms part of the Pitt Rivers current project (http://www.prm.ox.ac.uk/verve.html), celebrating the extraordinary human ingenuity represented by the collections.
The event kicks off at 11am but I'll be on the lawn from 12.45. Bring the family and a picnic. Check out the poster here:
