Public Houses are where people used to gather to grab a pint and talk about events of the day. It was how people communicate, collaborate and shared ideas because they were public and open to everyone. Over time, they shorten the name to Pubs. Join us for our Monthly Packard Place Public House - for pints, networking, and sharing what's going on with you.
This month's Keg-Side chat will be with James and Miracle Yoder, founders of Not Just Coffee. The chat will begin at 6pm and last as long as it takes to finish a beer.
Not Just Coffee is a Charlotte-born, family-owned business now thriving in five locations across the Queen City - Seventh Street Public Market, Atherton Mill, Packard Place, Tabor/SoCo Gallery, and Dilworth. Opened in 2011 by Miracle and James Yoder, NJC was Charlotte’s introduction to third wave coffee. Fighting that uphill battle of being the “first” of anything, James and Miracle put in the work with customers, trainers, and employees to make Not Just Coffee a reputable leader of the coffee industry, in both customer service and quality. Culturally driven by a desire to to be more than just a coffee shop - to be a support for local artists, a catalyst for activism, a social hub for our community - Not Just Coffee is built around the idea that when people come together as a community, we can transcend what we are and begin to realize what we can be. Come have a cup with us and join our mission - “Love people, Not Just Coffee”.
