  • 2019 Camp, Paddle, Jam a Weekend at Bledsoe Creek State Park

    Bledsoe Creek State Park

Ready to begin making your paddling plans for October 2019? Well, here you go... We had a great time camping and paddling at Bledsoe Creek State Park this past weekend so... Come on out and join us for some fall camping at Bledsoe Creek State Park - a local jewel! You can camp either or both Friday and Saturday nights. I'll watch the forecast and determine our Saturday and Sunday paddle plans accordingly. We'll have options of several beautiful round trip lake paddles, or we may do a stretch of the Cumberland river. We may even sneak a moonlight or sunrise paddle in there. We'll be within a short paddle or drive of the restaurant and bar at Shady Cove Marina. Bring your instruments for a campfire jam - always one of my favorites. Singers encouraged! I've reserved campsites 53 & 54 ON THE LAKE SHORE***! - At the time I made my reservation, there were many nearby sites available. Each site can accommodate up to 4 tents and 8 people, and all have water and electric hookups. ***Everyone needs to make their own camping reservations*** (As we discussed, Martha Lisle, Chris, Jessie, Kelsey, Maura, Vinnie, and Water Lilly - I've got you covered under our site reservation) See you there!
